About Me

I am currently a graduate student of Master of Public Policy program at Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

I had my undergraduate study at University of California, Berkeley with major in Economics.

I completed International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at Shanghai Pinghe School and graduated as valedictorian in 2008.

I was born in Shanghai, P. R. China and inherit a very rare Chinese last name, Kuai.
